Boggling blogging thoughts

I’ve got a bunch of random thoughts on blogging lately. How do I do this? When can I do that? What the heck should I do? Who in the world is reading this?

Care to really find out what I’m thinking?

When viewing my posts with comments, I see the number of comments in the header area - somewhere in the area of the white blob on the left. I’m not sure why, and I haven’t figured out how to change it yet. Can anybody help me with this? You can see some of my previous posts to check it out.

The related posts plugin doesn’t seem to be working. The setup script returns an error message. I’m using v1.3.3 by Alexander Malov & Mike Lu, at least according to the description in my plugins page. Can anybody recommend another plugin? What do you use on your own blog?

I’m wondering what blogs, journals, and other pages to link to from here. If I add in all my links, how will I keep my sidebar from growing to be 237,982,808,472 miles long? On a related note, should I put real names, or should I stick to handles like I did in my old blog? I’ve already posted my real name here, but that doesn’t give me the right to reveal other people’s identities here, does it?

How long will it take for me to post about a house, car, camera, phone, snack, or anything else that blogging might buy for me? I’m not holding my breath, but I am wondering about this.

I still haven’t put up my online album. It’s supposed to be fairly simple, right? Can somebody explain it to me? I know some consider me a techie, but for now, treat me like I’m a technophobe, ok?

How many of my friends’ blogs are still linked to my old blog? How many of them still have their bookmarks pointing there? How long will it take for them to update their bookmarks and links?

Why is it that when I finally decide to post about something, all my thoughts on the topic seem to vanish into thin air?

Why does this happen so often!? It keeps happening to me these days…

maybe be we have so much we want to say that they all get lost in our heads so that by the type we sit down to type…they’ve gotten tangled up and we can’t make much sense of them anymore?
